Datto Update on Kaseya VSA Security Incident

Datto Update on Kaseya VSA Security Incident

To our partners,

The Datto Information Security Team is actively monitoring the Kaseya VSA security incident. We are one community and Datto will support MSP partners in their defense of cyberattacks. We wanted to provide our partners with the following update:

We have no reason to suspect compromise of Datto products or systems at this time

We have disabled the Datto Autotask PSA integration with Kaseya VSA as a precaution for partners

Our Information Security Team is staffed 24x7x365 and is currently in an elevated monitoring state

As always, our Code Red DR team is on standby to help with any data recoveries for partners

We will provide material updates as the situation unfolds. Please be safe and vigilant.

@rweeks Ryan Weeks,

Chief Information Security Officer, Datto
